Main Duties

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Developing short, medium and long-term business growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Developing goals for business development and growth and ensuring they are met
  • Leading in market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Managing business meetings, communication and relationships with vendors, distributors as well as existing and prospective clients
  • Promoting the company’s products and services
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Developing, coaching and mentoring staff

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in IT industry
  • Experience in managing communication with vendors (such as Oracle, VMware, Cisco) and distributors
  • Very good marketing and sales skills
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Clean driving license
